Most remodelers make you sign a design agreement and make payments before their design process hits step one. Not Lifetime Renovations - our owner provides a preliminary estimate during your very first meeting based on your ideas and the blueprint of your existing space. You don’t sign a renovation agreement until you have approved the final design and the scope of work.

Our 5 Step process

Step 1Consultation

We start each project with a face-to-face in-office consultation to discuss your vision, review past work, and provide a preliminary estimated price range. We then visit your home to take precise measurements and photographs to inform a more detailed estimate.

Step 2Design

Upon acceptance of an estimate, our designer crafts a 3D rendering and brand-new floor plan of the fully renovated space using your ideas and the dimensions gathered from our in-home visit to bring your vision to life.

Step 3Agreement

After you have approved your new design, you’ll review a Scope of Work document detailing your entire project from demolition to the finishing touches. You get to feel 100% comfortable with your renovation plan before signing the paperwork. 

Step 4Selections

Our interior designer assists you in finalizing aesthetically pleasing selections for finishes, fixtures, appliances and more at the showrooms of Lifetime Renovations’ preferred vendors. You can review your final choices in our mobile app.

Step 5Construction

Our seasoned team executes demolition, preparation and core construction adhering to the established Scope of Work. Our mobile app keeps you up to date with pictures of your renovation at each phase of the construction process through to the final walkthrough.
